呼!!很快!!!!  這是我騎公路車第一次團練  哪有人一直在攻擊  30-40km/hr 總共騎110多公里XDXD 騎到涼山瀑布  結果到了不能看超可惜的   路在修理
騎回原來休息的地方 休息,喝了補給飲料''in''聽說10秒內可以補充能量 ,我和朋友兩人一起騎回來的休息點,一邊聊自行車   一邊當cyclecross亂跳 (是很危險的haha)
到了高雄旗山糖廠休息,有一位車友打電話
  :你們在哪啊  台南這裡下大雨.
聽到後 超驚險的  差點就騎回去 成了落湯雞
打電話請了爸爸開車來接我們
爸爸來了!!感動了
是很累的一天

說下雨後的XC步道會怎樣 明年要比賽 希望可以得名

與阿揚一起去 新化林道 超讚的  和平常的風貌完全都不同 全新體驗

腳有浸水 褲子都是泥 土  林道被雨水雕到有溝 有坑

難上100%  真的要靠經驗

我的 KONCEPT 也都是泥土
 jeje   洗車洗超晚的   卡鞋完全無法卡

What have challenge at xc trails after the rain ?  

There will be a compeition next year, and we wish to have more different experience, so My friend and I  decided to practice from now on.

Early morning ,we prepared for riding xc trails   .......

WOW  !! the  trails   were wet and muddy.   so exciting  jeje ,diffculty 50% more than the common one. Maybe i just have less experience .Mi ropa y pantalones y zapatos son   eatan dirty,tb mi KONCEPT  because we praticed many times on same trail the trail very slippery sometimes success but often falls.

Really like corsscountry i am UCI rider haha(sueño)~~~Today's stimulation journey  finally  is over  .   Happy   my buddy  felt too.

超想去的 不想上課  ~~~對呦 學費還沒繳耶  學費單還沒繳ㄎㄎ
